A proud history
Born was established in 2021, but our history goes much further back in time. The business has been conducted in the same company for more than 30 years, from the mid-90s as an independent unit within a nationwide Swedish law firm. Born was formed by the entire Stockholm office breaking away from the larger firm to restart under its own brand. The decision was made to streamline our profile and meet the market’s increasing demands for specialization in business law and in particular transactions, as well as to give us and our team the best conditions to continue developing what we do best for our clients.
