A varied and inclusive approach

With us you will work on large exciting and complex transactions and other assignments from day one. You will do this alongside experienced and committed partners and skilled senior lawyers to jointly deliver high-end legal advice for the benefit of our clients.

Each assignment is unique, and we usually work in smaller teams comprised of both partners and senior and junior associates, tailored to the circumstances of the assignment. As a result, you will become part of a winning team early on, with each member playing a critical role for our overall performance on each assignment.

One working day is not the same as the other, which makes everyday life at Born an exciting workplace. The cohesion at the agency, combined with being able to work with both smaller and larger clients, makes the work rewarding and interesting. A workplace I really recommend.

What I really appreciate about the work is the proximity to business, the close contact with our clients and the great cohesion among colleagues. We challenge and support each other week in and week out and there is no day that is the same as the other.

The colleagues are very nice and the cohesion at agency level is really good. Larger projects often require larger working groups, which means that many of us work very closely together. I would recommend you to come to us if you want to work a little wider and become skilled in business.

I learn new things every day and at Born you get a lot of responsibility early on and get to attend meetings and meet clients. It is a varied job with interesting tasks and you will be challenged but learn a lot!
